Welcome to My Adventure
I base my adventures from my home in Sula, Montana. Sometimes my adventures are just a walk across the street to the Bitterroot River, but other times, they may involve exhausting treks to different states to visit my customers. This blog covers not only my adventures, but the conditioning and training that keeps me fit and ready. Thank you for being a part of the journey!

My Passion for Fishing
I wasn't always an active person but I have always been a fly fisherman. After some setbacks I joined up with my father and started helping him take care of his hobby/business (Banks Outdoor Products Inc.). That offered a number of outings and communication with people who were just like me. Since starting this journey, I have hiked many miles and fished many miles of river. My passion for fishing is based on a passion for living life to its fullest.

What challenges me today? Banks Outdoor Products started as a Hobby for my dad after he retired some 35 years ago. Eventually it became "Banks Outdoor Products Inc." writing invoices by hand still to this day, refusing to even look at a computer . I think he has seen his own ( my ) web page once because he does not even have internet at our shop.(his cabin) I am slowly dragging his hobby into the 21st century. he just told me that he would write me a short story about how he started the business. I will post it when he does it....I'm succeeding. "What is too tough for others is just right for me".
